Websites: eLaw develops and designs professional law firm websites that feature database-driven pages, content management systems that make site maintenance hassle-free, and optimized code to maximize search engine visibility. All of our sites conform with the law firm website usability principles developed by Larry Bodine, a nationally known legal marketing expert and eLawMarketing co-founder.

Most importantly, after a website launches, we don't disappear, but continue to advise clients on strategies for driving increased traffic to the site, and converting site visitors into qualified leads and clients.

The employment and labour lawyers at the Canadian law firm of Lang Michener LLP are leaders in their field who regularly advise employees in such areas as wrongful dismissal and severance, pensions and benefits, taxation, workers' compensation, occupational health and safety, and labour relations. Together with Tenrec (a West Coast developer) eLawMarketing helped the Employment and Labour Group develop a fresh, new look that highlights the practice's experience and expertise. The project also included the launch of a blog on labour and employment law. The law firm of Moritt, Hock, Hamroff & Horowitz was dissatisfied with its website, which was difficult to maintain and was not well designed. eLawMarketing teamed up with Tenrec (a West Coast site developer) to build a new website that features an attractive design and a database-driven backend that is easily maintained via a robust content management system. The project also included a search engine optimization component and an online RSVP system for firm events. The Rothman Consulting Group is operated by a former attorney and provides due diligence and investigative services to law firms, financial institutions, and corporations. Envoy Messaging (parent of eLawMarketing) teamed up with Tenrec (a West Coast site developer) to design a new site that reflected the growth and sophistication of the firm's practice. All site pages run off a database.

HTML Email Communications: HTML email is an excellent tool for reaching out proactively to existing clients at regular intervals concerning breaking legal developments, firm news and upcoming firm seminars and other events. Costing far less than traditional print alternatives, HTML email communications can also increase site traffic (via links embedded in the email), provide valuable insight into client interests and needs (via "clickthrough" tracking and feedback forms and surveys added to the newsletter), and stimulate referrals (through "Forward to a Friend" forms).

The law firm of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg uses eLaw to distribute email invitations for periodic seminars. In the example above, an invite for their 2002 Health Plan Check-Up distributed to over 1,000 clients and other contacts, of the 100+ confirmed attendees, over 80% confirmed their attendance (and indicated their lunch and hotel preferences) through the online RSVP form included with the invitation – many within minutes of receiving the email invitation. This email newsletter is distributed by The MacLean Family Law Group to clients, referral sources and other business contacts. The subscriber list has grown from 250 names at inception to over 1,600 in less than a year. The firm won a Your Honors Award at the 2003 LMA Conference for its innovative marketing campaign, which includes the email newsletter as a central component. The Pennsylvania law firm of Nelson, Levine, de Luca & Horst uses eLaw's law firm e-alert solution to distribute updates on new cases, legislation and regulations affecting the insurance industry. "Open" rates and "Click-Thru" rates have been excellent indicating a strong interest on the part of clients in rapid notification of breaking legal news relevant to their businesses.

Blogs: Blogs help increase the search engine visibility of lawyers with specific areas of expertise. They do this by facilitating the regular posting of content to the Web that is saturated with the keywords that journalists and prospective will use on Google and other search engines to find experts. Blogs also allow attorneys to syndicate their articles and other content to a much wider audience.
